Phone Counselling & Coaching
The benefits of phone counselling and coaching is that you can be anywhere at the time of consult. Since you do not require to travel you can make time in your busy day to get the help you need. Sometimes people are experiencing social phobias or they are too depressed or anxious to come in to appointments and phone counselling is excellent if this is the case. Also, it can be difficult for some of us who find ourselves feeling too vulnerable, regardless of how supportive and nurturing a therapist will be. Many times phone therapy can be less distracting for those that experience problems maintaining their attention.

room, many people find they are unable to go to a specific location for therapy.
You may have anxiety about travelling or leaving your home or you may simply be to
