Perception House® is about training any of our other human faculties of mind, feeling, bodily sensation & behavioural awareness that do not overvalue our being caught up with our explanations of experience at the expense of deepening experience itself. The Goal of Perception House® Mindfulness Training concerns harmonizing attentional, emotional & embodiment experience such that no one aspect of our nature becomes over or underdeveloped.
Training may be provided on a one to one basis or in groups or teams.
Mindfulness training involves understanding the basis & benefits of
non judgemental mind & raising the level of your perceptual acuity & understanding,
feeling feelings for what they are & seeking to comprehend in a non dogmatic way how this can help us find & fulfil our true intent & purpose. Through Mindfulness & also Mind Fullness you learn to raise the level of your sense of Self

you learn to experience life with greater intensity. Therefore you live more fully & are
more fully alive. You learn to transform suffering & experience Being Joy.
